Super fun! Enjoyed the train with very awesome prices. Went during Halloween and it had a fun Halloween themed train ride. I can't wait to go for Christmas and hopefully it will be Christmas themed. My 1 year old loves it! Can't wait to go back.
Nice that a port a pot is provided but it was more disgusting than most.
What a great experience!!! Both my kids & myself really enjoyed the train ride, the tickets were so reasonable, there was no wait or lines when we went on a Sunday around 2 pm. The man in the ticket booth as well as the conductor on the train was so nice & made my kids feel comfortable excited about the ride. It was a very nice scenic route through the woods of the park & the train wasn't fast nor super slow. The ride wasn't very long but I'm guessing that is why the tickets are so affordable. There was also a little park area for some great photos of the kids! We live about an hour away & will definitely visit again in the future, was worth the trip! :)
It’s horrible customer service and bad business for place that is supposed to cater to children.
We will not be going back there anytime soon. Be careful when you go there.
We have been going here for years and it has been great until today. Today a new employee with glasses, shoved our 3 year old son while he was trying to ride the little train cars.
That is absolutely unsatisfactory.
When I talked to the employee he was defensive and gave a half ass apology. When I spoke to the other employee who seemed to be in charge...before anything he asked if my son knew what he was doing. No apology. Nothing. I had to voice my displeasure before he apologized. On top of that, he said he would talk to the other employee and that was it.
Nice people. Nice little train ride. Not much else. One employee is stretched to attend to everything at times.
It is one thing to keep him from entering because he didn’t have a ticket, but he literally pushed him away. You don’t put your hands on a 3 year old. You don’t push them.
Super cute little choo choo that rides through the park. It's mostly shaded so it isn't too hot. Never knew it was here till a mom's group outing had a meet up here. Only $2.50 per person and the kids love it! We will be going back.
