Never again. You walk into the clinic for 10 minutes due to a bad cough, walk out with a prescription for some antibiotics. Three months later you have received a couple bills of more than $1000 which your insurance is not going to cover but a small portion and the rest out of pocket. And when you call to ask about the bill no one wants to talk to you about it and everybody blames the other player. Wonder why a typical in and out visit to your doctor that would cost you $30 should cost over 1000 at an ER when you were told it was only going to be $100 co-pay. Highway robbery is the best term for these guys which is very unfortunate.

Horrible experience. Our 2 year old son had a lanceration above his knee. We took him in and the doctor looked and it and put some glue on it. In and out in 20 minutes. The next day we noticed a lot of blood and the glue did not hold, we called and they said there is nothing they can do. My son now has a horrible scar. We just received the bill for over $1200. The bill says we spent 2 days in the ER. We we there 20 minutes, Dr fixed nothing and charged $1200. Needless to say, no one is willing to help on phone either. Choose ARC or Baylor Scott and White.

And by the way, this is NOT a "doc in the box" place. It is actually RELATED to the Cedar Park Regional Medical Center Hospital. It is just a stand alone Emergency Room. So don't expect the cheaper deductible on your insurance card.

They sent us home and told us to see my sons pediatrician the following week. He was the color of a highlighter and his urine black. He had Acute Liver Failure and had his transplant a week ago at Texas Children's in Houston.

We were from out of the state and went to this ER location which was VERY close to our son's house. We weren't too sure at first as the reviews were really very sad...but decided that they all were, on all the ER's. My husband and I went in on a Wed. night and we were really impressed! We hadn't even finished filling out our paperwork when they escorted him back to get him in a room. They listened well to everything we said, they were very attentive, and concerned. Gave my husband everything he needed to get started on a journey toward wellness. We went in thinking he was passing a kidney stone and they diagnosed a prostate infection. 3 days later and taking care of our grandchild, he is doing so much better! Thank you so much to Dr. AArti Leyva and RN Jake!!

They also called to demand money shortly after. They should have never sent us home and sent us to Dell Children's Hospital. Period.

First time in the er with my oldest son. Bad gash to the knee. In and out quickly, they treated us well and I am glad we went. Had a previous bad experience with another family memeber who was there long term, so I was hesitent to go. The er deserves all 5 stars.

Do not take your children here!!! Please!!!
