This KOA nickel and dime you for as much as they can. My son came to pick me up and look at my new camper and they said it would cost me $3.00 for him to park his truck there. The owner had a real attitude towards me when she called and ask me if I was staying an additional night. We haven't even stayed the first night that we paid for and she was demanding payment for the second night two hours after we arrived. What the heck? I had to cut her off when talking to her on the phone because she wanted to bicker at me because I didn't know if I needed to stay an additional night. Well I wouldn't stayed there if I knew how these people treat their customers. They want to collect your money and they won't go out of their way to make you happy. Take plenty of nickels and dimes.
Very nice park. Clean well managed. Hard to find no signs on road. Not on your cell or car maps.
Hot tub was the best. On site laundry, clean bathrooms and showers, you can tell the staff really cares about this site. They even have bird feeders outside the office and stock them up regularly. The tent sites were really reduced, but with such a great clubhouse it was ok. Community fire pit, gas and charcoal grills, a clean pool, and a decent location.
A decent KOA but the cabin smelled strongly of wood. I know they're made of wood but all the other KOAs I've stayed at did not have this problem. Maybe air out the room more but other than that the staff was nice and everything was clean.
Very clean and friendly. This is a smaller family owned camp ground where everyone says hi. They are often driving around making sure everything is top notch. They do have a dog park but people often don't clean up after their own dogs
